Sew...Baby To Go
I saw a really cute idea on pintrest. You sew little draw-string bags and you fill them with items that a baby needs on the go. The ones I made have a onesie, a diaper, baby wipes and hand sanitizer.
These little bags are ready to go. If a mom is in a hurry she can grab one on the run, or keep one in the car for emergencies. Once they are used they can be refilled and ready to go for the next time.
This is a little basket I put together for a baby shower.

Jennifer's Photo Exhibit
I don't usually post about my personal life, but I have to brag a little about my neice, Jennifer. She recieved a grant from the University of Wymoning to photograph cowboys and their way of life in Wyoming. This was a tribute to her father who is a cattleman. Jen had a photo exhibit at the end of May and my sister and I flew to Laramie to see her wonderful work. This is the amazing photograph I returned to Arizona with and have proudly displayed it in our home.

Finished Stitches
I finished a couple of projects and thought I would post them. I am officially on summer vacation and now I have no excuse not to post more blogs! Well, if I have to take off for a fun trip that would be a good excuse. I have a few planned but I hate to give my adventures away. My next post will be about my quick trip to Wyoming. I'll tell you all about it tomorrow.

Pencil Pouch
Here is an idea for a quick gift. Take a piece of scrapbook paper, fold it in half and sew around the bottom and the edge of the paper. Punch two holes in the top, add some twine or ribbon and you have a sweet little pouch. I filled this one with decorative pencils. I added a little tag, and I had a simple but thoughtful gift.
